We stand by the quality of our products and we are committed to customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet the quality standards you expect from de'bee signature balms, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product and we will gladly replace the product or refund your money.
For products purchased online, please email us with your postal address so we can send you a pre-paid postage label for returning the product to us at the address below for replacement or a refund. Online purchase refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase.
For a product purchased from a retail store, you can either return it to the store or email us for a pre-paid postage label. Please include a receipt if possible and payment details if requesting a refund.
